For Sapphire Estate Agents Queensland, I worked on creating branded marketing and social media content that supported the agency’s property listings, campaigns, and overall digital presence. My role included designing property listing posts, sold and leased creatives, open home promotions, agent marketing materials, social media campaigns, flyers, and other real estate communications. The focus was on presenting property information clearly while maintaining a professional, premium, and consistent brand image.

Real estate marketing requires frequent content for different properties, locations, campaigns, and stages of the sales journey.
The challenge was to create designs that gave each property its own visual impact while ensuring every post still felt recognisably part of the Sapphire Estate Agents brand.
The layouts also needed to communicate key information quickly without competing with the property photography.
